- Moves into a holding site in West Coast Road
- Celebrates 20th Anniversary
- Launches “No Different” campaign which aims to promote inclusion through the arts.
Set the “Longest Plate Spinning Rally” record in the Singapore Book of Records
- Celebrates 10th Anniversary with first theatre production ‘Adventures in Oz’ in collaboration with ACSian Theatre (CCA group from ACJC)
- Sets up the school-run café ‘Gopi-O’ in the canteen for vocational training
- Sets up the Executive Committee of Parents Network (Parent Support Group)
- First time sending a team of athletes to participate in international games
- Special Olympics World Summer Games in Athens (Greece)
- Official opening of new purpose-built school building with Minister Lim Boon Heng as the Guest-of-Honour
- Adopts the new school logo ‘Wings of Flight’ and new school uniform
- Moves into new purpose-built school building with 350 students and 60 staff members
- Organizes ‘Colours @ Istana Park’ a concert featuring performances from students of special schools
- Holds first graduation ceremony in the school
- Begins special education classes with 50 students and 7 teachers
