Above fees do not include payment for uniform, school bus services or other special extra-curricular activities.

Payment of fees

School fees will be collected on a quarterly basis
(i.e. Q1- Jan-Mar, Q2- Apr-Jun).
Please refer to the term letter for the collection dates.


Parents who wish to use their child’s Edusave as the mode of payment will have to contact the school’s Finance Executive (6561 9128 ext 106).

New Students

All new students will have to pay cash for the first month after admission while awaiting the GIRO arrangement to take effect.

Withdrawal of Students

School fees for the month must still be paid in full in the event that a student withdraws from the school before the month is up.

School Canteen

Grace Orchard School has the following stall catering to students and staff:

  • Halal Certified Stall
  • Gopi-O-Café

The stall generally operate from 9.00am to 4.00pm during the entire school week. However, the café only operates from 1.00pm to 3.30pm for 4 days in the week.

The school has arranged for a private commercial company ( Sze Hwa Contractor ) to provide relevant bus transport services for our students.

Please note that parents / caregivers that want to engage the above company for the daily transportation of their children to GOS will be doing so on a private contractual paying basis. The school is only playing a liaison role between the company and interested parents / caregivers.

The school uniform supplier (Jeep Sing Fashion) will be selling the school uniform at the School Café on the following date in Term 1, 2021:

Note When out-of-stock occurs, the uniform vendor will contact parents directly for collection when the stock arrives. The School will not disperse uniforms to your child, including students on the Financial Assistance Scheme.

Note For students on the Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS), parents/guardians will need to bring along the uniform collection form attached to the collection’s FAS approval letter.


As part of the safe management measures, parents entering the School will need to check in to SafeEntry by either scanning the on-site SafeEntry QR code found on the posters using their TT App, or by presenting their TT Token to be scanned.

Financial Assistance  

Grace Orchard School provides financial assistance to needy students. Financial assistance will be given to families with low income and going through other hardships.
