  • Students taking school transport will be dismissed at the bus bay at 12.30 p.m.
By Car
  • Parents can drive in and fetch their children at the school foyer from 12.35 p.m.
  • No cars are allowed to park or wait in the school car park before the dismissal hours.

Independent Travellers

  • Students who are fetched by parents or are independent travellers will be dismissed at 12.30 p.m. Caregivers are to wait for their children at the covered walkway next to Side Gate A.

  • Parents can drive in and fetch their children at the bus bay from 5.20 p.m. [after the last school bus has left the school carpark]
  • No cars are allowed to park or wait in the school car park before the dismissal hours.

Independent Travellers

  • Students who are fetched by parents or are independent travellers will be dismissed at 5.30 p.m. Caregivers are to wait for their children at the covered walkway next to Side Gate C.

The School will close at 6.00 p.m.

Monthly School Fees

School fees are paid either through Edusave/PSEA accounts or GIRO.

Payment of fees

The school fees will be collected on a termly basis.

Please refer to the Parents’ Letter for the schedule of fees payment.

Cash Payment

All new students will have to pay cash for the first month after admission while awaiting the GIRO arrangement to take effect.

For parents/guardians who have not opted for GIRO deduction or whose applications are unsuccessful, please pay the fees to the General Office via cash/cheque (made payable to Grace Orchard School A/C 2).

Edusave

Parents who wish to use their child’s Edusave as the mode of payment will have to contact the school’s Finance Executive (6561 9128 ext 106)

Withdrawal of Students

School fees for the month must still be paid in full, in the event that, a student withdraws from school before the month is up.

Grace Orchard School provides the following food stalls for students and staff:

Operating Hours

Most stalls operate from 9.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

The Gopi-O-Café operates from 1.00pm to 3.30pm, for 4 days a week.

The school has arranged for a private commercial company ( Lucky Go Services ) to provide relevant bus transport services for our students.

If parents / caregivers are keen to engage the above company for the daily transportation of their children to GOS, please contact the company directly. The arrangement with the bus company will be on a private contractual paying basis. The school is only playing a liaison role between the company and interested parents / caregivers.

For Walk-in Purchase/Collection at Retail Outlet – Strictly by Appointment Only

•  There will be strictly NO trying of uniforms allowed in-store due to hygiene reasons.

•  Parents can bring their child’s best-fitted garment to do a comparison with their fittings.

•  Each customer is limited to 15mins per engagement session.

•  Only one parent is allowed to accompany the student.

•  Please note to present your appointment booking time slots.

Sale of Uniform (In School) Dates*

1 12 January (Monday) 10.30am – 1:30pm When out-of-stock occurs, the uniform vendor will contact parents/guardians directly for collection when the stock arrives. The school will not issue the uniforms to your child/ward, including students on the Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS).

 

As part of school safety and security, all parents/guardians entering the school will need to register with the security officer at the school’s main entrance.
