Case Management (CM) is set up to intervene in the psychological, socioemotional, mental health and behavioural needs of the students in and beyond classroom interventions. CM is a process for assessing the student’s total situation and addressing the needs and problems found in that assessment.

The CM team comprises of the art psychotherapist, psychologists and social workers. When there is a need, the class teachers will refer the students for CM intervention. The multidisciplinary team will work closely together to intervene and address the needs of the students referred.
